How to arrange an image within an extended rich text field without coding in Edge?

About a year ago I posted this question in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_sharepoint-mso_win10-mso_o365b/how-do-i-arrange-an-image-within-an-extended-rich/89613d01-0c2b-4872-aba4-4bfd31804dbb. 

This days new Edge based on Chromium not longer on EdgeHTML will come out. Will this fix it? Is Chromium handeling like the old Trident engine?

Problem is when I click on the image it is not marked in EdgeHTML, but in IE's Trident engine - see the snip attached. On the left hand is EdgeHTML - image is marked blue, on the right hand the image has some boxes around. The one on the right hand side will work, but thats the good old Trident engine.

What are your experiences?
