how to add a picture to an embed web part

Our organization recently moved us to the GCC.  Since that time when we  use an embed code to add a form from the Forms application all we get is a blank green screen that says Microsoft Form on it.  It no longer adds the picture from the form like it did before.  Is there anyway to change this?
