How do you uninstall the Contoso Lookbook Examples from the tenant

I installed one of the lookbook examples (SPFx) and have not found a way to uninstall it. 

I see it in the app catalog. I was going to just delete it but as I haven't been able to find clear documentation I thought I would check with the brain trust.

    Hi, just delete the site collection from the SharePoint Admin center. If there is any solution deployed in the App Catalog, delete that too.

      I was hoping that would do it but unfortunately it did not. Still have the the site template available when creating a new site and the styles available.
