How do I add an interactive quiz in SharePoint?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to add a quiz/knowledge check feature to SharePoint where it tells the person at the end, what they got right, what they got wrong, and what the correct answer is to what they got wrong?

    jinibob you could build a quiz in Microsoft Forms and embed it in a SharePoint page with the Forms web part. Alternatively - but a lot more work -  would be to build it in Power Apps.
