How do I add a clickable button to a list gallery view?

How do I add a clickable button to a list gallery view? Right now when I try to click on it, the entire tile is selected and I am presented with the list item to edit. I just want to be able to have a button on the tile, to initiate a Flow.

Or is it possible to make a displayed value clickable without the button? Or is there a workaround? Is this possible using JSON, or is there a different approach?
