How can I show the searchbox in modern team site whithout quick launch menu ?
The design of the Modern sites was updated to move the search box to be above the navigation that has resulted in this problem. When you turn the quick launch off, it removes the left navigation element including that search box. Definitely log this with Microsoft as this scenario must have been missed in testing.

I opened a ticket describing this.This is not a bug. See below the return of the ticket opened at Microsoft:
"By disabling "Quick Launch" in the SharePoint site settings, it is normal for the search bar to disappear from the home page of the site, precisely because "Quick Launch" is designed to aid site navigation, and by default it is enabled when creating a new site.However, the search bar will still be enabled in document libraries so that you can search for folders and files. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know."
