How can i get Data from List in Root Site

Hello, in Sharepoint Online i have a Site Company, in this Site is an List Customers and a Subsite Tickets. Now i want to create a List Ticketlist and want to use the Customersnames from the Customerlist in the root Site.

 

Is this possible? And if yes, how it works?

    First question i want to ask is why do you still use subsites?
    Second i think this will not work.

      Hi Paul, thnks for your fast reply. I want to separate specific areas (Ticketssystem, Domainmanagement, Informationmanagement and so far) with specific rights.
