How can a guest user get overview of what Office 365 groups he/she have access to?
Hi When a guest user is invited to a Office 365 group the guest gets an invitation email. Guests can in some cases be member of several Office 365 groups (maybe in different Office 365 tenants)....
As long as you're not precious about using the modern experience you could use Content by Search web part (CSWP) for something like this. Just configure a CSWP, on an external users landing site as an example, to bring back only Sites in the search results. As long as your security has been set correctly on all of your other sites, your user will only see the sites which they have been granted access to.
