Hide Subsite?
Is it possible to hide the Subsites tab under Site Contents? I have a couple of subsites that I use for data lists and if someone goes into the overall site contents I would prefer they don...

Firstly, there is not out of box way to achive this.
You may try by removing the View Application Pages permission from permission level. However, this will not work for Full Control permision level and may affect partial functionality.
