Hero web part text not displaying fully

It seems like a limitation to me. If you only have an image why don't you use Image webpart you can also get text centered , justified and display full text.
This is an obvious bug. This workaround does not make sense. The text limit is 500 chars but the webpart refuses to display the number of characters that Microsoft has defined.
