Help with Lists Rules and sending emails to Responsible People

Hello Brains Trust,  I have created a List to track some disposable curtains for work. I have got all the automation working fine. But when the status changes to Due Soon or Overdue the rule I have set then emails all those I've selected.

My question is, is there a way to change the subject name of the email sent so as to better filter emails?

Please see picture.

I would like it to be just Curtain Tracker Update

Rather than stuart to stuart from stuart..

Do I have to change the owner of the page or anything like that? its working great at the moment so I'm scared to just start changing things..

Look forward to hearing your knowledge

Robbo1327 rather than using list rules in SharePoint I always do this with a flow in Power Automate which can check when the status column only has changed and will send an email to one or more people with whatever subject line and body content you specify. And it can go to different people depending on, for example, what the status is. You can include dynamic content in the subject line and body, links, company logo etc. It's a more flexible, better approach in my opinion than rules.
