HELP! SharePoint Online File Viewer Menu Not Showing

Is your new Site modern UI vs old site classic? They won't have the same functionality since they are different webparts if that is the case.
Not sure. How do I go about making changes so that I can get the menus at the bottom. Sorry, I'm clearly a newb.
- I checked, Modern pages has the menu as well. Are you sure both file types are docx? If you're using another file format there, it wont' have the same menu as it's based on file type itself. I would check that first.
