Help me find my tiny little arrows!

I need to figure out how to get the arrows back for the drop down at the top of the screen (see tiny example below). Arrow missing by Sales
Do the dropdown menus still work? The lack of arrows would mean that there are no additional items on those menus. Or, does the menu work but there are no arrows? If the menus don't work, what supposed to be there? A list of sites or pages? These items on these menus can be permissions driven, meaning that they will only appear to people who have access to the destinations. So one possibility is that permissions have been modified, and the account you're using no longer has access to the items the menu items are linking to.

Okay, let me know what you need. We have the links across the top of the screen. Some have arrows pointing downwards. Some do not. I am not sure how to get them back where they aren't currently.
