Help in Finding CMS

Hey I am looking for contract management software. Currently, my company is using one. But last week a few of our contract documents got missed. They did not have secure cloud storage. We bought that CMS software as they were just having the reputation. I am not mentioning any brand here. But one of my friends suggested using CMS software from DOCK365, as they have secure cloud storage. My friend's company is using it for a while. He told me that it has a great workflow and will send reminders on time. It will be great if you can put your thoughts here. It will be great if you can suggest to me a few good CMS software.
