HELP!! I hope this is the right place to post!

Hi all,

I am having a great deal of difficulty with opening a zipfile form a sharepoint site in access. I have tried everything and I dont know what else to do or who to turn to. I bought an HP laptop and the Microsoft 365 subscription just to access this zip file for a side job I do.

When I download and save it, it does not let me save to my C drive and when I try to open it in Access it just gives me error messages !
