You can just delete the site in the SharePoint Online Admin Center

jcgonzalezmartin as the poster is new to SharePoint and if they are in a company it is highly unlikely that they will be an admin so won't have access to the Admin Center. In this case benfregeau you will need to log a ticket with your IT Support to have the site deleted.
