Help! Customising List Column Headers

Hi Everyone,

Please could you help me understand how to customise the column headings in my List e.g. i want them to be highlighted Red, have lines to separate and bold so they stand out. 

My company has disabled the Content and Script Editor which i would have used for SharePoint 2013, however since i cant use these, are there any other solutions?
