Header not on top anymore after subsites migration

Good morning,

I'm facing an issue with SharePoint regarding the header. I previously had the possibility to decide if I want the header of my SharePoint site on the top or on the left.

However, after that 2 subsites were migrated under the main SharePoint site, I don't have this possibility anymore (the option disappeared).
