As far as I know, there's an ongoing issue reported by Microsoft that is affecting Power Apps (we have received the same error message in our tenant).

I would suggest you to follow the updates at Microsoft 365 Status (@MSFT365Status) / X (twitter.com). No one could know how long it would take for the issue to be solved.
