gcjuw84I'm having the exact same issue ...I'm positive it used to tag both the sub-group and group metadata, now it's only applying the sub-group. @Microsoft, has anything changed??

Rob Barkerwe are also having the exact same issue.. I'm pretty sure this used to work before , also 2 levels deep (before a tag icon then appeared next to the metadata). Really hope Micorsoft will recover this!

Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think I'd imagined it :-) I'm hoping this is just a temporary bug as we're about to start a big document management project and this was going to be one of the ways of convincing users to move away from using folders everywhere. The ability to drag documents and automatically tag the metadata would be a great way to transition users away from folders, even if it is only 2 levels deep at the moment.
