Global navigation disappears on Search Results page

Hi there,

we've found that the default results.aspx in the enterprise search centre template has no global navigation.  The defualt.aspx and advanced search pages both show the global navigation.  This makes it pretty hard for users to find their way back to where they were after a couple of searches.  Is there a way to get this back easily? Is this a bug?
