Giving everyone except external users access without sending an email notification
Hi, I need to give everyone in the company access to the SharePoint List I created. I don't want to send an email notification in the process. Can some give me the steps to do that.

- Go to List Settings
- Permissions for this List
- If the List is inheriting from the parent (the Site)
- Click 'Stop inheriting Permissions' if you don't want to grant this group access at the Site level
- Click 'Manage Parent' to add the group of folks at the Site level, and thus also to the List
- In the ribbon, click 'Grant Permissions'
- Type in the name(s)
- Uncheck the box to send an email
- Select Edit or Contribute from the drop down
- Click Share
