Getting the sharepoint online site document usage data (most changed document, most viewed document,

Hi,

 

I have a requirement of getting the sharepoint online site document usage data (most changed document, most viewed document, most shared etc.) and show them as a report in power BI.

 

is there a way to read such document usage data in a site?

 

Could you please assist?

    You can get a lot of information about from the activity center.  Here is information on it https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Activity-Reports-in-the-Office-365-admin-center-0d6dfb17-8582-4172-a9a9-aed798150263?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

     

     

    If you scroll have way down there is a section to see reports, if you click on see more reports there are:
