Getting AD groups

Is there a way to get a report on nested AD security groups within SharePoint groups in a site collection? 

 

Basically I want to report on all sites within our tenant where AD groups are being used. 

 

Get-SPOGroup only reports back on SP groups only. When you look at the People and Groups from the web browser you can see both AD and SP groups and ideally that is what I want to see from PowerShell.
