Get notification email when a folder or file is shared in Sharepoint

Hello,

is there a way to set up sharepoint admin notification when a folder or file in Sharepoint is shared? E.g, a colleague shares a folder with another colleague.... or with an external user - is there a way I could get a notification about that? Also similar for permission change? E.g. a colleague has a ReadOnly access to a folder - can I get notification when permission is changed to Full?
