Get all user file shared with SharePoint Online
Hi,
Can I get suggestion on how to get all user (including external user) with whom the file is shared with using power shell.

One way to do this is to use the Graph API's permissions endpoint: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/permission?view=graph-rest-1.0
