Generate report on external user
Hi, Can I generate report on external user access details on SharePoint online using Microsoft security center.
Hi HN1982, while you can see what guests are in your tenant from the M365 Admin Page > Users > Guest Users, it doesn't give you any clues as to what they have access to. You'll need at least one Azure AD P2 license to run a proper access review report: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/governance/manage-guest-access-with-access-reviews

Thank you for replying. Can we make the Access Review Dynamic.
- For example, we have number of Teams that may be created in a month, and it becomes difficult to setup Access Review each group that comes up every month.
- So is there a way where we can setup access review based on site classification? Or alternatively can we dynamically add new groups to the existing access review created?
