Gear > Site Settings
Whose grand idea was it to remove Site Settings from the gear menu on some, nearly all pages? And replace it with "Change the look" and "Site designs" - like how often does an admin need to chan...
I'm assuming Microsoft assumed users would/will figure out that the "Site Information" button's overlay has a link to Site Settings.
