From a teams site to a communication site
I've created a sharepoint site choosing the "teams site" configuration, and afterwards realized it fits better my needs to have a "communication site", is it possible to convert the original teams si...
It's currently not possible to convert a modern Team Site to a Communication Site i'm afraid.
You enable the experience on Classic Sites, but as yet not existing modern Team Sites as per - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/sharepoint/modernize-classic-team-site
Peter is correct: it's not possible and it's not going to be possible IMHO
