Format the Column: Bar-Column and Colored-Column
I see a video that shows we can format the column like a chart bar or color some field or text in the field.
As you can see in the picture above,
- The Effort Column shows me the bar the day remaining to the due date, I think so.
- The Due Date Text are colored follow a specific logic (Before the Due Date 1 day, the text change yellow, and if the Due Date come, it set red)
How can we do that for each column?

Your example image is using JSON column formatting. Specifically:
- Effort = Format a number column as a data bar
- Due Date = Formatting an item when a date column is before or after today's date
