Form submission not creating item in SharePoint

Phil_Hesketh you'd need to post a screenshot of your flow for us to have any idea what's happening.

Phil_Hesketh sorry, I can't see anything wrong there.. So not sure what's happening. Did you refresh your leist with ctrl+r to make sure you were seeing the most recent version?
