Following Site Button Isn't Functioning Issue in iOS (iPhone) - Modern Team Site

Dear All,

I tried a few iPhone devices and found that the following site button (Star icon) couldn't  be functioning after clicked. For this moment, the following button is working fine in Android devices.

It's a modern Team Site.

Please advice.
