Flow on SharePoint list

Absolutely newbie on Flow - :)  I need to create a Flow that send a mail to a specific user when a new item are created in a list

So I've created a Standard (team) Flow: "Send a mail when new item on list" on a custom list - however, this is made in a "me" context - correct? - So how do I ensure that this Flow just works for everybody when I leave the company?

  1. Do I create a FlowAdminAccount and use this for all Flows created?
  2. Upon creating the Flow there's a 'step' with the O365 logo and 'me' within - do I remove this?
  3. Besides the connection to SharePoint - there's a connection with my account - Why is this?
  • All your questions are going to be answered when the new feature "Flow owned by lists" comes to Flow....this new feature will imply that the flow is owner (I prefer to say it's associated) to the list. What you can do now is just add additional owners to your Flows
