Flow not sending email

 

We have a flow that sends an email with an HTTP Post action

_api/SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail

 

It worked last week.  However currently, it appears no email messages are being sent to our email server.  I've confirmed this with the email administrator.  The flow is completing normally without errors.  Is there an outage?

    Update; it appears to be affecting more than just this one flow. It appears to be all flows using this action. Other types of emails, such as the notification of a Teams Task assignment appear to be working however.
    • SpiShane There was outage related to M365 apps and services earlier. However Microsoft resolved it and rolling out updates to all tenants. Check details at: SharePoint Settings Gear Missing 

       

      Anyway, I just tested it on our M365 tenant and it is working fine for me. I received email notification without any issue: 

      Can you try testing it now? Also, check if emails are moved to Junk/Spam folder automatically.

       

      If still not working, raise support ticket with Microsoft and report this behavior: Get M365 support - online support
