Finding all preservation hold libraries and reporting size

Hi,

My companies Tenant has over 7000 sites, I need to be able to identify all sites that have a Preservation Hold Library and then for each, report the size in either MB / GB of each. Don't mind if it's PowerShell / PNP or if there's a way within SharePoint Admin, anyone done this able to offer any advice?
