Finding a file in a large >5000 document library
Hi, I have a powerapp that exports files to a sharepoint document libray. If in sharepoint I want to exmine the existence of a particular file I am struggling to get it into view. SP cannot find...
Have you tried using search?
For example, enter the following query into the search box at the top of the page
filename:"sequential.msg"

A customer of mine had a similar issue.
My workaround:
- Sync the document library to your computer (files On-Demand)
- Use an indexing tool such as Everything (voidtools.com) to find the file
