Filtering?
Hello and thanks in advance for your help.
I have a library of documents. They correspond to projects - each document describes a project. I have added a column that gives, for each project, the invoiced amount. I would like to be able to say: show me only the projects for which the invoiced amount is greater than a specific figure, say $50k.
Is that done through the definition of a filter with a condition and a value (the $50k mentioned above. Please provide any pointer as to where I could find an example of something like this.
Thanks in advance.

Hello ggendron62,
You can filter or group your files in a library as well as your items in a Project List, like i do with my Project List. On the upper right of your Library pls. click on the Gear - Library Settings. Scroll down to Views - I named my Project List Views as "ProjektKurz" and I like the Grouping Views, so one can have multiple bugget limits at the same time, not only several filters then... Pls. see my screenshots.
If it helps you, pls give a LIKE.
Kind regards, Eva.

Eva Vogel Thanks. I did get that I need to create a view to achieve my goal. That's great. Thanks for that.
I am intriguing at how you go about grouping the projects so that say you get a group where the cost is from 0 up to but excluding 50k$, then a second group from 50k$ up to but excluding 100k$, etc. Could you just elaborate a bit more as to how you can achieve this. Please note that I don't understand German, so figuring out what the screenshots represent is a bit hard for me.
I really do appreciate your help.
