Filtering news webpart - filtered only by relaad the site

Hello,

I bring a filtered news webpart on my modern page. It works fine when I reload the site (in the browser with f5). The filter was used in the news webpart.

But when I use the top navigation on modern sites to go to the page with the filtered news webpart the filtering will be ignored. What can I do to also use here the filter in the news webpart?
