Filtered Columns question

I'm using SharePoint 2016 OOB with no options to add any extras (I'm not an admin, just able to edit/add information/apps as needed).

I'm wanting to filter information based on a selection. For example, if I select "Apple" for column "Fruit", I would like column "Variety" to only have varieties of apples to choose from, and based on the choice from "Variety," auto-populate a third column, "Orchard."

I have already created a secondary list with the necessary information, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the information into the first list.
