Filter Pane w/ Managed Metadata - No Results with parent or mutliple children
Miceile Barrett, I see you are the Program Manager for the Filters Pane feature. I was hoping you could help me or bring in someone who could.
Using mananaged metadata refiners does not return the expected results. Let me explain below.
If I only select one child, Argentina, it returns the appropriate results as shown below:
But, if I select 2 children, Argentina and Brazil, it doesn't return any results as seen below. You would expect it to show things for Argentina and Brazil.
Or, if you select the parent, Americas, you would expect it to shown all the children's results. But it also returns no results as shown below:
Any ideas on why it is doing this or suggestions on how to fix it? Is this a bug or a wrong setting?
