Yes, i was looking into that resource, but if in the first mandatory field i put a complete file path (ex. c:\temp\d.csv) i get this error
where in the first field i have a file, not a folder.
It is a BULK migration tool that is intended to migrate many files. If you want to migrate individual files you will need to use something else
So SPO Migration Tool can't be used for my scenario: "We have to read every file path to understand where to place it in the final destination; files from the same folder must go in different DLs at the end."

- Correct, you get what you pay for, which in this case is a free tool that has some limitations. If you have complex migration in which you need to rearrange content, you will need to get a more sophisticated tool. ShareGate, Metalogix and other sell them
- Since you need to do some kind of mapping, take a look at what a commercial tool can do here or just build your custom tool...when I have a migration where there is a mapping requirement between the source and the destination, I normally talk to my team to build a custom migration tool
