File Upload/Download Errors

I just experienced this problem first hand and came across this post. I am trying to mass copy a bunch of files from the sharepoint bucket into a local hard drive for archiving and It is SOOOO frustrating as I am only able to download one file at a time. Some zip files would open using macOS but once I try opening the zipped files on the hard drive in win11 it's giving me errors and I can't get it to read.
Does anybody have any idea what we can do? It's honestly a joke seeing this problem has persisted for over 3 years.
