File sharing email language
Hi,
Maybe someone can help? We are using Sharepoint site like some users from one country and others from other in the same organization. The Sharepoint interface default language are English. But when we share the link to external, the email notification below are default from one of the countries - in Latvian.
1. Is it possible, that these notifications will be base on user language, example if user are from other country, then system use user local language?
2. If point 1 is not possible, how to make this notification language in English?

slvedva In my experience, the message is sent in the current UI language of the user who shares at the time that they are sharing. This is determined by the Display language setting in the user's profile, as long as it is one of the alternate languages of the site or the base language, or if no display language is selected in the browser language.
The UI language is not based on their country, it is based on either their profile or their browser display language settings and the site alternate languages.
