I don't think so. I will suggest you to raise a support ticket with Microsoft directly and report this behavior. Follow: Get M365 Support - Online Support
Hanne If you are still facing this issue, you can raise a support ticket as well so that Microsoft will know multiple tenants/customers are facing this issue.
