External Users Unable to Access SharePoint. Now prompted to use Microsoft Authenticator. Not needed.
Some of our SharePoint users are unable to login. Upon attempting login, they get a message stating "More Information Required" PLEASE HELP! Upon clicking "Next", they get a prompt for the MS Authent...
You need to reach AAD admin and check New/old policy changes.
