External users not being prompted to create a password
We have several cases where we send out invitations to external users who were never given the option to create a password, but instead register their phone number to receive a text. However, when they sign in, they cannot reset the password in their profile. We have deleted them out of our active directory and tried again, and never are they prompted. What am I missing here?
