External User cannot access shared folder - gets error "Server Error in / Application"

Hello,

I have a folder that is shared with around 10 external users via "shared link with specific ppl". 9 ppl are fine and one is getting the error below. We use SharePoint Online.

I have tried to delete the user, reshare few times... User tried different browsers etc... but no luck.

What could be the reason of this?
