external sharing with security groups glitch?

Question

I am trying to Restrict access to external sharing except for a specific security group.

I have turned on external sharing fully and it works fine, then i turn on *allow only users in specific security groups to share externally

And set it so that group can share with anyone, but then external sharing is disabled for everyone including members of that group (me)

StephenRice&nbsp;Hey, yeah i had it enabled, for some reason the groups were taking an excecive amount of time to take effect so people in the group couldnt share for hours after being added

Glad to hear it ended up working eventually. There may be some delay depending on when the user is added to the security group and when they last had their credentials re-cached. Thanks!
