External sharing disabled

Question

Hi there everyone,&nbsp;We just implemented OneDrive and Sharepoint on our agency, but we can't share files with people outside our organization.&nbsp;I've already tried the Sharepoint Admin Center but the option appears as enable, but whenever we try to generate a link for external sharing, the options is gray.&nbsp;Is this a bug on the 2019 version or what am I missing?

You have to review the sharing option in each site collection where you want to share with anyone...by default is not enabled....in ODFB the option should be available

Hi, thanks for the reply.&nbsp;Look, in the old version of sharepoint admin, the option is enabled:&nbsp;&nbsp;But in the new version, I can't find the option:&nbsp;&nbsp;Plus, I found this:&nbsp;So... I have no idea what to think about this...

Hi&nbsp;1) Make&nbsp;sure external sharing is enabled both on the tenant and site collection (it seems you have done this)2)&nbsp;Then you can share a&nbsp;site with the external users.3) To Share access to a specific document or folder you have to change the sharing link as below&nbsp;Then&nbsp;Hope that helped&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
