External sharing disabled
Hi there everyone, We just implemented OneDrive and Sharepoint on our agency, but we can't share files with people outside our organization. I've already tried the Sharepoint Admin Center but...

You have to review the sharing option in each site collection where you want to share with anyone...by default is not enabled....in ODFB the option should be available

Hi
1) Make sure external sharing is enabled both on the tenant and site collection (it seems you have done this)
2) Then you can share a site with the external users.
3) To Share access to a specific document or folder you have to change the sharing link as below
